This exhibit was excellent and this book is a wonderful summary of the show. A great collection of some of the world's best contemporary photographers for a great price!!!

Philip-Lorca diCorcia: Thousand

I like Mr. Dicorcia's images but this book is a little bit of much a do about nothing.
It invites you to look quickly at many seemingly snap shot images mixed with more staged images
printed to look like they were zeroxed on cheap paper before binded together in this book.
What's the point?
It's almost as if the photographer was putting a book together and than just decided to go with
the mock up rather than editing and giving us a more thoughful well printed result.

If you're a fan or love photography, well it's a good one. Especially if you're interested in portrait and street photography. Philip-Lorca diCorcia is a must in that field. So, of course, there is plenty of photographs (great ones) but that's about it. This is not the book you want to buy to read about diCorcia. But still, very glad to have it!

HY...THAT BOOK IS AN AMAZING COLLECTION OF BEAUTYFULL PICTURES.Philip Lorca is now one of the best photographers that we can observe.It's really full of contemporary notes ,if you buy this book tou can see a lot of good example on what you could work now.These pictures are like a bunch of frozen's memories of our world is aesthetical for suare...but is also devoted to hunmanity in a frozen way but it is....
