"Spun" is a great portrayal of what life can be like while consuming massive amounts of methamphetamine. The movie takes place in several grungy and grimy sets, mainly people's homes. The movie not only glorifies the fun aspects of speed, but it also shows the downside (which most addicts will tell you there are plenty of). The main character, Ross, is an addict getting progressively worse off on the drugs by meeting and driving around a "cook", played masterfully by Mickey Rourke. The film is stylishly directed, the acting is good, and the story is the closest representation to meth life I've ever seen.

Yes well, lets make it clear they include "the need to feed" in the title, because this isn't in any way shape or form related to Day of the Dead. I'm not a Romero homer, I enjoy Romero but don't whine that Dawn wasn't true to his vision...the Dawn remake rocked it! This one, not so much.

I gave this film the two stars for sheer cheek, I mean, in what other zombie movie is a director going to be ballsy enough to give zombies spiderman-like agility & ceiling clinging abilities?!?! Haha it's so ludicrous that I couldn't help but laugh.

Sugar and Spice is a silly dark comedy but the cast does bring some marginal life to this film especially James Mardsen and Marley Shelton. Mena Suvari plays a cheerleader again! What's with this girl? get some range. Marla Sokoloff does her best b!%&h impression but the premise is pretty lame, these girls will do anything to get out of a bad situation, even rob a grocery store. The only thing I liked about this movie was the music, I regret watching this choppy mess.
