Walking Tall

This movie is excellent. The acting,the storyline everything the Rock did, was awesome in this movie. The story is mildly gripping, and the action is fresh and entertaining.

The Ringer

Short attention span version:

- There are some funny parts....few and far between
- Very predictable
- Acting is terrible
- Might make you sleep
- I love Johnny Knoxville but his acting was just terrible

Conclusion:

Rent it if you must need a quick and cheap laugh (or maybe 2 cheap laughs) otherwise skip it.

Jackass Number Two (Unrated)

Johnny Knoxville, Steve-O, Chris Pontius, Bam Margera, Ryan Dunn
Some of the stunts, pranks, and "candid camera" style bits are kind of fun but, like the first "Jackass" movie, this one contains way too many gross-out moments and scenes of gory self-mutilation. At least for me. I'm no prude (I thought "Borat" was hilarious), but I guess I draw the line at pushing a huge fish hook through one's cheek and drinking a liquid substance provided by an excited stallion (I refuse to sink as low as the movie and get more specific on that last description). From my experience with the first film, I guess I can't complain that I didn't know what was coming, but still.
