Most people will NOT enjoy this movie, but a select few will find it provocatively funny. War, Inc. is an almost surreal blend of Dr. Strangelove, Grosse Point Blank, Fargo, Apocalypse Now, and a cerebral National Lampoon movie (if such a contradiction in terms were possible... imagine Animal House Goes to Iraq). Don't bother if you're annoyed by convoluted subplots backfilled by indiscriminate flashback scenes, or looking for a good laugh in a light romantic comedy.

This is probably my own fault, as I don't remember the muppets being so incredibly unfamily friendly. I was appalled at the references to sex as well as language such as "lets beat him up", and a fight scene between the movie's "villian" and Ms. Piggy. Even from an adult perspective, the jokes were not funny and somewhat offensive. The role they give to Whoopi as "the boss" (aka God) was very offensive towards the Christian belief of God. I would not recommend this movie to anyone.

Cameron Crowe directed this little movie, and he has created a feminist statement. It is from the romantic comedy, subdivision teen, genre, but it is a story told from a female perspective. It is like a female fantasy, new age sensitive guy--but the problem is, in real life the girl would never go for the guy, even though in the fantasy movie they do, in real life, not so much. But if you can suspend your disbelief long enough, it is an entertaining little tale.

Lloyd Dobler (John Cusack) met Diane Court (Ione Skye) in a mall food court, but she is way out of his league.

School of Rock starring Jack Black is a decent comedy about a slaker who poses as a teacher and ends inspiring his students about the history of rock music. The story is cool but something's missing and I can't figure out what it is? I can't stand Sarah Silverman, she's an unfunny slob while Joan Cusak knows a thing or two about comic timing. Great family flick, it's a mixed bag for me.
