Is there a zero rating, because this movie would be five under it. I can't say one good thing about this movie. It was a real disappoinment. I love George Clooney, but this is the worst movie he has ever done. It didn't end fast enough for me. It was long, boring, even "Entertainment Tonight" rated it as one of the worst movies of the year. I can't agree more. I hope this review saves all you possible future viewers from this movie. Don't waste your money or time on it.

This film might take a while to lift your spirits. When I started watching it, I found it episodic, boring. There just didn't seem to be any sizzle, any synergy between the actors or the scenes. I could understand why, although "Amelia" looked so good in the trailers, it didn't have much box office success.

But then after taking a break from it, I started viewing it over again, in a less "entertain me" frame of mind. And the quiet sepia beauty of some of Amelia's flights and reflections started to draw me in.

I have the impression that Hollywood always hire the same extras for the bad-guys parts, be it native-americans, germans, japanese, latinos, russians, north-koreans, vietnamese, africans, arabs and - I hope soon - aghans, because they're always are...

Definitely retarded: they always swarm in packed hordes to make easy kill dozens of them with one grenade (or one claymore) or slash them by the hundreds with machine guns. And they're so stupid that after seeing they're being killed in the same place, they keep on charging the same spot! Their stupidity is more remarkable when they actually have the chance to really kill a good guy, they always lose time saying something in their barbaric language, or make some fierce grin and gesture before.
