Sweet, perceptive, sharp and near-perfect, Juno is a memorable film that will still be great viewing decades after its release. Right from the beginning when Juno is chugging away on Sunny D, we want to see watch she will say and do next. It's disarmingly fresh, frank and funny, this story about young love, being knocked up, and the unexpected direction the unplanned pregnancy takes. Coupled with the witty script, Page's terrific performance, and a quirkily fun soundtrack, Reitman would really have to try hard to mess things up.

After seeing HARD CANDY, I had a nightmare that goes along like this: I was a sexual predator (like Jeff with lots of cameras) and brought home a cute teenage girl. She overwhelmed me at the speed of light and I woke up nicely tied to a chair in front of a giant widescreen TV (50 inch minimum). "I want you to see a movie", she told me. She cranked the volume to the max and pressed PLAY on the player so she forced me to watch HARD CANDY. After that, she brought before me one of my cameras and said to me: "You know what, my Johnny Boy, I have this fantastic idea, WHY DON'T WE DO A REMAKE ????" I said "NO PLEAAAASE !!!" I woke up with my body full of sweat.
